We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple complex projects across residential and commercial sectors. This position requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of architectural projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and meeting notes.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and cost controls.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and necessary resources.
- Organize and lead project meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable architectural standards, zoning regulations, and other requirements.
- Contribute to project proposals, client presentations, and contractual documentation.
- Identify and help resolve project-related challenges, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an architectural or design-related environment. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
