Drafter (Revit) – On-Site | Tulsa, OK
Tech Partners is partnering with a growing organization to add a Revit Drafter to their team. This role supports a fast-scaling national program and offers the opportunity to work on high-volume, site-adapt projects in a structured, process-driven environment.

What You'll Do- Produce site-adapt drawings in Revit, modifying base designs to meet specific site requirements
- Deliver construction-ready and shop drawing packages with high accuracy and speed
- Partner with Project Managers and field teams to confirm site conditions and resolve design questions
- Manage revisions, updates, and approvals across customer, permitting, and internal workflows
- Perform self-QA checks to ensure drawing quality and reduce rework
- Balance workload across new program work and backlog projects
- Document improvements to templates, workflows, and standards as gaps are identified
- Continuously improve Revit proficiency (families, templates, workflows)
- Communicate status, risks, and priorities clearly with the drafting lead and project teams
Must-Have
- Proven Autodesk Revit experience (portfolio or work samples required)
- Experience producing construction drawings or shop drawings in a professional setting
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain speed and accuracy
- Comfortable collaborating with PMs and field personnel (site foremen)
- Ability to work on-site in Tulsa, OK (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM + occasional OT)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Nice to Have
- Site-adapt drafting or adapting standard designs to unique locations
- Experience with permitting, approvals, or multi-team coordination
- Background in fast-paced, process-driven environments
- Ramp quickly on Revit environment, standards, and workflows
- Contribute to active projects within the first 30–45 days
- Deliver first independent site-adapt drawing package by ~60 days
- Demonstrate ability to navigate approvals, permitting, and PM coordination
- Maintain high-quality output with minimal QA corrections
- Establish strong working relationships with PMs and field teams
- Base salary: $53,000 – $63,000
- Full-time, on-site in Tulsa, OK (no remote option)
- Occasional overtime based on project demand
