BIM Technician

Cyntergy, a distinguished leader in the field of architecture and engineering, is seeking a skilled BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technician to enhance our project delivery capabilities. As a BIM Technician at Cyntergy, you will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed 3D models and drawings for various sectors, including retail, government, and energy. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in BIM tools and processes, who thrives in a dynamic, project-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places (i.e., BIM models).
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate representations of the designs.
• Analyze building specifications, codes, and sites constraints for integration into project designs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting on BIM software and projects.
• Assist in the creation of design documentation and submission materials.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide constructive input on project design and planning.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and technology advancements.

Required Skills

• Proficient in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3
• D, or Bentley BIM software.
• Understanding of engineering and architectural terms and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
