Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through to completion while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD and BIM software.
• Conduct site visits and surveys, compile reports, and present design proposals to clients.
• Stay informed of evolving building codes, technologies, and practices to ensure design compliance and adopt innovative approaches in architectural design.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical insights and updates to clients and team members.

Required Skills

• High proficiency in Auto
• CAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent visualization and drawing skills, with a strong ability to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
