Cyntergy seeks an Architect to join our integrated Engineering & Architecture team. In this role, you'll contribute to commercial, retail, mixed-use, industrial, and institutional projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities include developing design solutions, coordinating with engineers and consultants, producing construction documents, and supporting client presentations. Responsibilities

  • Contribute to architectural design from concept through construction on projects in retail, government, energy, and related sectors.
  • Develop and refine design concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit, Auto
  • CAD, and other design tools.
  • Prepare and coordinate complete, accurate construction document sets in collaboration with in-house engineering disciplines.
  • Review designs for code compliance, constructability, and adherence to project requirements and standards.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, structural, and other consulting engineers to integrate building systems with architectural design.
  • Participate in client and internal design meetings, helping to translate client goals into practical, buildable design solutions.
  • Support construction administration by responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and assisting in resolving field issues.
  • Assist with project scheduling, task tracking, and quality control to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Contribute to presentations, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including pursuit of architectural licensure and participation in firm-wide training and knowledge sharing.
