Mechanical BIM Technician

Cyntergy is seeking a Mechanical BIM Technician to develop detailed mechanical models for commercial, retail, mixed-use, and institutional projects. In this role, you'll create and coordinate BIM models, support engineers with construction documents, and help resolve system clashes across disciplines. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical BIM models for commercial and institutional building projects in Revit or similar platforms
• Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to resolve clashes
• Prepare construction documents, layouts, and schedules from BIM models
• Implement and follow Cyntergy BIM standards, templates, and workflows
• Support engineers with design changes, redlines, and documentation updates
• Assist with model QA/QC, clash detection, and drawing set organization
• Collaborate with integrated project teams and participate in coordination meetings
• Maintain accurate model data throughout design and construction phases
