Based in the vibrant Tulsa area, this opportunity supports a respected medical center with a comprehensive surgical team. Join a collaborative team and make a difference in patient care.

Practice Overview

• You'll join a team with 1 Head & Neck Cancer/Facial Trauma Specialist and 2 General ENT Providers.
• Significant support from 2 Audiologists and multiple APPs.
• Perform procedures such as eustachian tube dilation, biopsies, and more.
• Call schedule is one week per month, both phone and in-person.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Average of 20-30 patients daily with OR block time 2-3 days/week.
• Structured call of 1 week per month.
• Balance between clinic and procedural time.

Compensation & Benefits

• 2-year guaranteed base salary of $525,000 - $575,000.
• $60,000+ sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance.
• 30 days PTO during guarantee, with $5,000 CME allowance.

Candidate Requirements

• BC/BE in Otolaryngology required.
• Open to new graduates; mentorship available.
