Physician - Neurosurgeon - Mercy Fort Smith Arkansas

Mercy Hospital Fort Smith is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join a high performing team with strong surgical volume, meaningful autonomy, and robust support.Based in Fort Smith,you’ll collaborate with a regional group of 12 neurosurgeons across a range of subspecialties, including cranial/skull base, spine deformity, vascular/endovascular, epilepsy, radiosurgery, functional, and pediatric neurosurgery—offeringgreatcollegiality and the ability to shape your practice.

Serve in a 450,000+ region with a diverse neurosurgical case mix—trauma, cranial, and spine— with immediate demand and the resources of an integrated health system.

• $930,000 minimum guaranteed annually, with additional earning potential for extra call + $50k one time recruitment incentive
