Tulsa Public Schools’ existing salary schedules provide career increment adjustments based on education/experience and/or years of creditable service. For more information about the salary for this specific position please review the Salary Schedule for the corresponding Salary Grade (listed above).

The Dean of Students leads the school’s efforts to create a positive, structured, achievement oriented, and disciplined school culture that supports the Tulsa Public Schools’ Vision for Learning. The Dean of Students oversees behavioral support for students and serves as a main school contact for parents and guardians. A successful Dean is passionate about supporting our students, and proactively strives to develop productive relationships with all members of the school community, including teachers, students, and families.

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have or be pursuing a Masters’ degree
• Experience:
  • Three (3) years of teaching experience
• Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:
  • Oklahoma teaching certificate or ability to obtain
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
