The Apprentice Craftsperson will assist the Master Craftsperson with repairing diesel, gasoline, and alternate fueled district vehicles. Performs preventive maintenance under the guidance of a Craftsperson or Master Craftsperson.

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• Experience: One (1) year experience in transportation; previous experience as a bus mechanic preferred.
• Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: Must be able to pass a DOT physical; possess or be able to obtain and maintain Class A CDL and Class B CDL with Passenger and School bus endorsement and State of Oklahoma School Bus Driving Certificate, Air brake, and School bus endorsement.
