AfterCare Supervisor

Mingo Valley Christian (MVC), established in 1976, is a non-denominational PreK through 12th-grade Christian school located in Tulsa, OK. MVC is committed to providing a Christ-centered education that integrates academic excellence with spiritual and character development. The school offers a variety of programs and activities, including arts, athletics, and service clubs, to meet the academic, physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of each student.

The After Care Supervisor will oversee and manage the after-school care program for MVC students. Responsibilities include supervising and ensuring the safety of students, planning and organizing age-appropriate activities, managing attendance, and maintaining effective communication with parents and staff. The role also involves promoting a positive and nurturing environment that aligns with MVC's values and mission. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tulsa, OK.

• Strong organizational and planning skills to oversee daily operations and student activities.
• Experience in child supervision, classroom management, or related settings.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents, students, and staff.
• Ability to create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for students.
• Understanding and alignment with Christian values and the mission of Mingo Valley Christian.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is a plus.
• Background in education, child development, or a related field is desirable but not required.
