WHY YOU’LL LOVE COLLEGE & CAREER COUNSELING AT KIPP
You’ll Help Students Discover and Define Their Futures
At KIPP Tulsa, we believe every student deserves a future without limits. You’ll walk alongside them as they identify their strengths, explore college and career options, and develop the skills to turn dreams into plans. You’ll be their coach, advocate, and champion, helping them navigate decisions with confidence and clarity.
You’ll Be a Guide and a Source of Hope
Through every conversation, lesson, workshop, and campus visit, you’ll help students and families imagine what’s possible. You’ll demystify the college and career process, celebrate milestones, and remove barriers so every student feels seen, supported, and ready to take the next step. Your work will inspire them to believe in themselves and in their futures.
You’ll Be Trusted and Empowered
Your ideas and insights will shape how we prepare students for life after high school. Whether you’re leading a college essay workshop, coordinating an internship opportunity, or partnering with universities and employers, you’ll have the freedom to innovate and the support to make your vision a reality.
You’ll Grow as a Leader and Educator
We’re committed to your growth, too. You’ll receive coaching, professional development, and opportunities to deepen your expertise in counseling, data‑driven decision‑making, and equitable access to postsecondary pathways. You’ll leave an impact, not just on students, but on the systems that shape opportunity.
