Programs Field Representative

H11A CAP Annual Salary $54,275.15 + Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday 8 Hours per day between 7:00 am and 6:00 PM.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation;
  • OR an equivalent combination and experience, substituting 1 additional year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

* Professional experience in the fields listed must have been the primary job responsibility to be considered as qualifying. Incidental performance of professional work in any area(s) shall not be considered.

Job Duties

The primary duty of this position is to support the MSU Professional Development Training initiatives through effective communication of policy, procedures, and processes. Specifically, the position will be responsible for:

  • Project Management – Manage assigned projects through research, defining objectives and anticipated outcomes, setting goals and strategies, and maintaining documentation of progress.
  • Curriculum Development – Create, develop, facilitate, and present information to educate internal staff, Provider staff, and community stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication – Develop and maintain information availability through venues such as the website, publications, Harmony Library site, and the OKLMS.org.
  • Networking – Represent the ADvantage Program at agency and community events through development and strengthening of positive relationships with other agencies and community resources.
