Please note that you must be a TCC student with federal work study funds to be eligible for this position.
GPA RequirementMaintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Good Academic and Disciplinary StandingMust be in good academic standing and have no disciplinary actions on record.
Strong Communication SkillsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Commitment to Peer SupportGenuine interest in helping other students succeed academically, socially, and personally.
Time Management SkillsAbility to balance academic responsibilities with the time commitment required for mentoring.
Knowledge of Campus ResourcesFamiliarity with college resources, services, and programs available to students.
ProfessionalismExhibit a high level of professionalism, including punctuality, responsibility, and ethical behavior.
Leadership PotentialDemonstrated leadership skills or potential, with experience in student organizations, volunteer work, or other leadership roles considered a plus.
