Riverfield Country Day School is seeking a Full‑Time Preschool Educator for the Spring semester of 2026 and the upcoming 2026‑2027 school year. The school, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is an independent, ISAS and NAEYC accredited institution grounded in the Reggio‑Emilia Approach.

As a Preschool Educator, you will collaborate with other teachers, parents, and children to create a respectful, nurturing, and intellectually inspiring learning environment. You will support children’s social‑emotional, cognitive, and physical development and bring visibility to their thinking and learning.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents in a cooperative environment

To perform this role, the Preschool Educator must communicate effectively, traverse indoor and outdoor areas in varying weather, stand, sit, kneel, and work at a computer. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times and attend to children’s strong emotions.
