Overview
On-site at Alpha campuses in the following locations:
Atlanta, GA;
Oklahoma City, OK;
Tulsa, OK;
Austin, TX;
Keller (Fort Worth), TX;
The Woodlands (Houston), TX;
Park City (Salt Lake City), UT;
Toronto, Canada. Salary: $150,000/year W2, paid weekly. Day-one health benefits. Relocation support available.
- Leading one-hour live workshops on life skills (public speaking, focus, giving and receiving feedback) for K-8 cohorts, following Alpha's playbook
- Running motivation sessions using student analytics and Alpha's incentive system to drive goal completion
- Coaching Guides on program fidelity and standards enforcement, with every session producing tangible improvement actions
- Maintaining your own student cohort while developing other Guides
- Tracking student satisfaction scores, goal completion rates, and Guide performance metrics weekly to spot underperformance early
- Lecturing or tutoring students on academic subjects; students learn through self-guided apps without an adult in the room
- Designing curriculum or building lesson plans from scratch; the playbook exists and fidelity of delivery is the goal
- Coaching Guides on teaching technique;
Guides don’t teach in the classroom - Making exceptions when a student scores 99% instead of 100%
- Instantly preserving empathy without accountability
Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements- Willing to work on-campus in Atlanta, GA;
Oklahoma City, OK;
Tulsa, OK;
Austin, TX;
Keller (Fort Worth), TX;
The Woodlands (Houston), TX;
Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Toronto, Canada (relocation support provided) - Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or a comparable field
- Track record of leading a team of 5+ adults, including hiring and performance-based decisions
- Direct experience working with kids aged 5-14 in an educational or developmental setting
- Built, launched, or significantly grew a program, team, business, school, or initiative from the ground up
- Proven use of data and metrics to set weekly goals and drive decisions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
- Coached athletics, led experiential programs, directed camps, or ran youth programs at scale
- Experience moving from classroom teaching to building or running programs in EdTech, tutoring, youth nonprofits, or school intervention teams
- Early-career record of high personal performance and leadership
- Belief in transforming education through innovative approaches
