Job Description

Pro Care Therapy is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team in providing exceptional educational support to high school and middle school students. We are looking for passionate educators who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.
Position Details:
- Type: W2 Contract
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Pay Rate: Starting at $30-35 per hour, depending on experience and school budget
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
Job Responsibilities:
- High School Position (Tulsa):
- Provide resource and co‑teaching support for ELA (English Language Arts) classes
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary
- Middle School Position (Oklahoma City):
- Support middle school students in resource and co‑teaching environments for ELA
- Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Coordinate with school staff and parents to ensure effective communication and student support
- Utilize appropriate strategies and techniques to promote student engagement and academic success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Oklahoma teaching license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in resource/co‑teaching settings, preferably in ELA
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
