JerseySTEM is seeking a College Engagement Department Head to lead efforts in improving access to STEM education for underserved middle school girls. This pro-bono role involves managing a team dedicated to outreach and partnerships with universities in New Jersey.
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, possess outreach experience, and have a genuine interest in addressing the STEM education gender gap. Commitment of 3-6 hours weekly is required for a minimum of 6 months.
