Digital Marketing Assistant (Demand Generation) SummaryThe Marketing Assist antis responsible forprovidinga high levelof administrative support for ongoing marketing efforts of theTenstreet
Marketing and Communications team.
This role will be focused on supporting our Demand Generation function but will also support other parts ofthemarketing group as needed.
- Helping create and run campaigns to attract potential customers, focusing on tasks likedigitalmarketing,email marketing, social media, content support, lead nurturing, and data analysis to drive qualified leads for sales
- Working in Hubspot setting up campaigns and various other tasks.
- Setting up and managing campaigns in Google Ads/PPC and paid social
- SEO/GEO monitoring and optimizations
- Responding to and resolving client and co-worker requests and questions.
- Effective coordination and communication of marketing efforts to various teams within Tenstreet
- Provide assistance to sales regarding inbound leads after various marketing efforts
- Working with other team members on a variety of office assignments
- You’reanalytical, data-driven,and have attention to detail.
- You have previous Hubspot or marketing automation experience.
- You have previous experience in running and optimizing PPC and social media advertising
- You’re motivated by helping people and making their lives better.
- You practice intellectual humility and honesty and are comfortable with cognitive friction and diversity.
- You enjoy a challenging and fast-paced work environment.
