Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and student-centered School Psychologist to join our Special Services team for the 2026–2027 school year. This position serves students across grades K–12 and collaborates with educators, administrators, families, and community partners to support student academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health needs.
The School Psychologist will provide psycho educational evaluations, consultation, intervention planning, progress monitoring, and crisis response services while ensuring compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
Essential Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and prepare written reports.
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, multidisciplinary team, and manifestation determination meetings.
- Interpret assessment data and provide recommendations for educational planning.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success.
- Support MTSS/RTI processes through consultation and problem-solving.
- Assist in the development of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions.
- Provide consultation regarding student mental health and behavioral concerns.
- Participate in crisis response, threat assessment, and school safety initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with IDEA, Section 504, Oklahoma State Department of Education regulations, and district policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to evaluations and services.
- Provide professional development and training to staff as needed.
- Travel between school sites within the district as required.

Education:
Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), Specialist-level degree, Master's plus specialist training, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from a regionally accredited institution. - Completion of a School Psychology preparation program meeting Oklahoma State Department of Education requirements.
- Required Certification: Valid Oklahoma School Psychologist Certificate issued by the Oklahoma State Department of Education, or eligibility to obtain certification before employment begins.
