Bilingual Elementary and Middle School Tutor

Bilingual Language Teacher (Spanish and/or French) - Part-Time

Sylvan Learning is seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual Language Teacher to inspire students through language learning! At Sylvan Learning, we believe learning should be engaging, personalized, and confidence-building. We're looking for an energetic teacher who is fluent in Spanish and/or French to provide language instruction for elementary through middle school students during our evening hours.

Student Ages:
Elementary through Middle School (Grades K-8)

Schedule:

Weekday evenings

Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Deliver engaging, interactive Spanish and/or French instruction in a small-group or individualized setting.
• Create a positive, encouraging learning environment that builds student confidence.
• Adapt instruction to meet students' varying skill levels and learning styles.
• Communicate professionally with center staff and families regarding student progress.
• Maintain a dependable schedule and uphold Sylvan Learning's high standards of educational excellence.

• Fluency in Spanish and/or French (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Teaching experience, tutoring experience, or coursework in education or world languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping students develop language skills and confidence.
