• Lead and facilitate leadership development workshops and training sessions tailored for various teams within the organization.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify leadership competencies and design programs that address specific organizational needs.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials that promote active participation and learning among attendees.
• Assess the effectiveness of leadership programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Mentor emerging leaders, providing one-on-one coaching and support to help them navigate their professional journeys.
• Organize and coordinate team-building activities that foster collaboration and strengthen interpersonal relationships among team members.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or a related field.
• Proven track record of facilitating training sessions and workshops with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of leadership theories and practices, with the ability to apply them in a corporate setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze feedback and performance data to inform program adjustments and improvements.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels of an organization.

• Certification in leadership coaching or facilitation methodologies.
• Experience working in the construction or real estate industry, providing context for the unique challenges faced by leaders in this sector.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools to enhance remote training capabilities.
