Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Elementary School Teacher role located in Tulsa, OK. The Elementary School Teacher will design and deliver individualized lessons that align with school curriculum and support students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities include planning engaging instructional activities, differentiating instruction, assessing student progress, and providing regular feedback to students and families. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues and support staff to create inclusive classroom environments that encourage social, emotional, and academic growth.
Additional duties involve maintaining accurate records, participating in school meetings and professional development, and contributing to a positive, supportive school culture.
Qualifications
- Ability to design and implement Curriculum Development and Elementary Education plans tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience supporting students with learning differences.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging students, collaborating with colleagues, and partnering with families.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; valid teaching certification or eligibility for certification preferred.
- Experience working with students with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, or Autism Spectrum Disorder is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and willingness to participate in training and development opportunities.
