As an Assistant Principal, you will be a key member of the school's leadership team, working alongside the Principal to create an academically excellent, joyful, safe, and student-centered school community. You will lead and develop teachers, strengthen instruction, build a strong student culture, use data to drive improvement, and ensure students receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will be present in classrooms, hallways, team meetings, family conversations, and the daily life of the school. You will know our students, develop our teachers, solve problems, and help turn our school's vision into consistent experiences for students every day.
