Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Reports to: Field Service Manager

Collaborates with: Field Service and Project Management

Primary Responsibility: Responsible for scheduling, assigning and dispatching Field Service Technicians to meet customers service requirements. Assist in creating commissioning books with data collected from Field Service Technicians. Answers calls, provides information and coordinates with Field Service and Project Management Teams.

What You ll Do
  • Manages Field Service Hotline and directs calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide ongoing support to Field Service Technicians by answering queries, helping with route adjustments, and ensuring they have the tools or information needed to complete their work.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to provide information to customers seeking a status of the service, resolving issues or escalating as necessary.
  • Assist Field Service Technicians with completing service workbooks.
  • Ensure all scheduling software and spreadsheets are up to date with accurate technician's assignments and job status.
  • Continuously evaluate dispatch and service process, recommending improvements to increase efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collects and reviews data collected from Field Service Technicians.
  • Creates commissioning books from the data received from Field Service Technicians.
  • Coordinate with Field Service Supervisors to assign technicians in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) to service and commissioning jobs based on location, availability, and skill set.
What Qualifies You
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others
  • Clerical and organizational skills:
    To keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel
  • Handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Prioritize calls by the level of importance
  • Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
  • Highly organized and detailed while able to look at the "big picture"
  • 0-1 years prior dispatching equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Prior experience using Salesforce
  • Positive attitude with a good sense of humor
