Job Overview
We’re looking for an Associate Operations Specialist to support commercial energy efficiency programs in Oklahoma as part of ICF’s Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency team. The role provides support for field‑based staff, Trade Allies, and program participants, ensuring evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility‑sponsored energy efficiency projects.
Responsibilities- Provide support for field‑based staff and a network of participating Trade Allies.
- Maintain ongoing communications with contractors, customers, and consultants.
- Address, resolve, or escalate customer and contractor questions related to program participation as needed.
- Review and process project application forms and submittals.
- Review technical specifications, calculations, and cost estimates for energy‑efficiency projects.
- Assist technical teams in upholding QA/QC standards and program guidelines.
- Perform energy savings calculations for prescriptive measures and upload records into the program database.
- Process program incentive payments per established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate or follow up on program quality‑control activities such as inspections and customer surveys as appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience working in energy‑efficiency or demand‑response programs, or consulting projects for utilities, state energy offices, or related entities.
- Sound business ethics, including protection of proprietary and confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as external clients and vendors.

Base salary range: $58,000–$62,000. Final pay determined by experience, qualifications, location, and contract provisions.
