The Waste Service/Household Waste/Urban Cleanliness The waste service and urban cleanliness is made up of 5 teams: household waste collection, enhanced maintenance of Bonneville neighborhoods, urban cleanliness, intercommunal waste disposal sites, and waste prevention. This essential service for the population of the territory is composed of around 30 staff who work daily to maintain a clean and pleasant living environment. Your Main Duties In liaison with the head of the waste sector, your main duties will include managing:
The site guarding:

- Opening and closing the waste disposal site
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the site and its surroundings (platform, bottom of the dock, work tool, small equipment, etc.) The reception of users:

- Welcoming, informing and explaining the rules of sorting to different users
- Regulating and directing the flow of entry and exit
- Helping users unload heavy waste
- Managing incidents, and informing the hierarchy The control and treatment of waste:

- Checking the correct allocation of waste in containers and correcting any errors
- Receiving, differentiating, sorting and storing specific waste (Special Household Waste) - Ensuring the rules of safety, hygiene and security are respected by users
- Organizing the removal of bins and containers in accordance with procedures You will be required to intervene at the 3 other waste disposal sites of the CCFG (at the request of your manager, especially in case of significant influx or absent colleague)

Your Profile You have a very good sense of service, you enjoy contact with the public. You are in good physical condition. You understand, respect and explain the procedures to work safely. You are meticulous and capable of managing this type of equipment with professionalism. You have knowledge of waste sorting and hazardous products. You like to work independently while being part of a team.

A B permit and a vehicle are essential to be able to go to the sites of the 4 waste disposal sites.
