In This Role- Work independently to troubleshoot, install, provide preventative maintenance, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment, delivering excellent and efficient service to customers and providing technical training on products.
- Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times using business systems such as OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for Service Call Planning.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, understanding and meeting their requirements, while helping train newer Field Service Engineers.
- Associate’s degree, mandatory Military experience, or equivalent experience (mandatory for all candidates). Applicants with applicable military experience will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
- At least 1‑year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, or instrumentation.
- Requires 30–40% travel, potentially including overnight stays, within the Oklahoma City, Tulsa, OK area and Western Arkansas.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, move or carry up to 50 lbs unassisted (tools, parts, consumables). Must frequently bend, stoop, twist, turn, crouch, crawl, push, pull, sit, and stand for extended periods, and must reach at, above, and below shoulder level with good hand and finger dexterity.
- Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Equipment Technician, or Healthcare Technology Management.
Benefits & Compensation
Hourly range: $33.00–$37.00. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory mandatory 401(k) to eligible employees. Remote work arrangement is available for this role; additional information will be provided by the interview team.
