* Job Summary:

** Prepare and execute reliability tests, process data to identify issues, and lead teams in implementing improvements. Direct the design of reliability metrics and standards for continuous product improvement.

* Education and Experience Requirements:

** Degree(s):
Four-year ABET accredited degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree in Applied Sciences. 2-4 years in the HVAC industry or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Communicates effectively in written and spoken form
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Exhibits good decision making and analytical problem-solving abilities
* Demonstrates excellent multitasking and organizational skills
* Works effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
** Work Environment:
*** Office with periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
