We’re hiring an Environmental Specialist who’s passionate about sustainability and compliance. In this role, you’ll lead daily environmental operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and work across departments to build a strong environmental culture.

This position is based on site at our Tulsa plant—we’re proud to build industry-leading school buses—including advanced Electric Vehicles—at a facility capable of producing up to 70 buses a day. We’re committed to innovation, flexibility, and environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities- Manage environmental permits and support ISO certifications.
- Lead training programs and collaborate with our Corporate Environmental Team on broader initiatives.
- Monitor key metrics, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a liaison with local agencies.
- Lead daily environmental operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and work across departments to build an environmental culture.
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of environmental health and safety experience in manufacturing, a master’s degree, or four years of relevant experience.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
