We’re looking for a Robotic Weld Engineer to lead and optimize automated welding operations onsite at our Tulsa, OK facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll develop, troubleshoot, and enhance robotic weld cells, Fanuc systems, and advanced automation equipment in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve weld quality, reduce cycle times, and drive continuous improvement.
• Program Fanuc robots and analyze designs and simulations to optimize welding processes.
• Implement controls architecture to enhance system stability and uptime.

• To qualify, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of technical project or program management experience—or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ideal candidates have experience with Fanuc programming, PLCs (Allen Bradley), electrical troubleshooting, and AutoCAD.
• Strong project management skills and a data-driven mindset are essential.
