Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve weld quality, reduce cycle times, and drive continuous improvement.
- Program Fanuc robots and analyze designs and simulations to optimize welding processes.
- Implement controls architecture to enhance system stability and uptime.
- To qualify, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of technical project or program management experience—or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ideal candidates have experience with Fanuc programming, PLCs (Allen Bradley), electrical troubleshooting, and AutoCAD.
- Strong project management skills and a data-driven mindset are essential.
