Mechanical Engineer, Product Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer
LHH is partnering with an innovative product and technology organization that is a recognized industry leader in engineered equipment supporting critical energy and environmental applications. This company has built its reputation on patented technology, field-proven reliability, and a relentless focus on performance, safety, and customer outcomes.
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer who thrives in a hands-on product environment and wants true ownership over the full product lifecycle—from concept and prototyping through production launch and field optimization.
This is not a maintenance-level design role. This is a build-it, test-it, improve-it engineering seat with direct impact on product performance and market differentiation.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will lead end-to-end mechanical product development initiatives while supporting continuous improvement of existing product lines. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Field Services, and customers to translate requirements into manufacturable, field-ready solutions.
The environment is collaborative, fast-moving, and accountability-driven. Engineers here are expected to design with purpose, validate with data, and deliver with discipline.
