I’m working with leading international consultancies delivering some of the most high-profile data centre developments globally.
Due to continued expansion, they’re looking to appoint UK-trained Quantity Surveyors who are open to relocating to the United States.
This is an opportunity to step into technically challenging, large-scale projects within the fast-growing hyperscale data centre market, gaining exposure to complex builds and global clients.
Locations (Midwest US)- Kansas City, Missouri
- Tulsa, Oklahoma
- Omaha, Nebraska
- Attractive single-status salary packages

- Structured career progression within established global businesses
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying
- UK passport holder (visa requirement)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cost Management
- Strong pre-contract and/or post-contract capability

- Single status (no unmarried dependents due to visa criteria)
