Objective

Produce accurate 3D models and technical drawings for high temperature industrial equipment, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and fabrication feasibility. Verify equipment quality throughout fabrication via inspections and documentation.

• Develop, verify, and maintain 3D models and complete drawing packages (GA, foundation layouts, P&IDs, erection details, fabrication specs, weld maps, shipping/lifting requirements).
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses to confirm design feasibility and constructability.
• Review NDE results, as-built dimensions, and fabrication inspections; document compliance.
• Administer ISO 9001 quality processes.
• Support project execution: attend kickoff/design review meetings, resolve technical issues, and conduct shop/field inspections (travel required).

• 4 year technical/engineering degree (2 year degree with equivalent experience acceptable).
• 5+ years’ experience in 3D modelling, drafting, and QA/QC for industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally when required.

• Experience with Autodesk Inventor and/or AutoCAD
  .
• Programming knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Prior fabrication
  shop QA/QC experience.
• Availability for up to 20% travel.
