The HSEI Advisor is responsible for coordinating health, safety, environmental and integrity involvement in corporate initiatives and collaborating with internal stakeholders within the HSEI. This role will demonstrate change leadership in addition to process and systems management. The ability to interact and communicate with others and achieve results are keys to success!

• Provides consultant support for VP of HSEI
• Utilizes change management, project management, and business process management to support HSEI through key business and departmental changes
• Serves as HSEI central point of coordination for transition and integration activities within the department
• Leads cross-functional HSEI teams
• Develops and implements new processes and system solutions
• Cultivates collaborative and positive relationships with HSEI leadership team
• Other duties as assigned

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in a related field (public safety, EHS, engineering, law enforcement) and a minimum of ten (10) years’ related work experience

• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety is the utmost priority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Possesses strong collaboration and influence skills
• Demonstrates detailed understanding of accounting and related systems knowledge
• Demonstrates broad safety experience within the energy industry (risk, integrity, compliance)

HSEI Advisor leads process improvements and enhancements to execute solutions to attain key performance improvement by managing and coordinating projects and activities between various operating and functional areas within HSEI.
