I'm partnering with a growing organization that is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary internal initiatives. This role sits at the center of Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and other key business units—driving alignment across electrical, mechanical, and robotics‑focused teams while coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

What You'll LeadFull Project Lifecycle Ownership
- Drive end‑to‑end project execution: scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management
- Maintain project documentation and SharePoint artifacts
- Build and manage detailed project plans in Microsoft Project
- Coordinate handoffs across Engineering, Procurement, and Operations
- Lead multinational project implementations across diverse cultural and regulatory environments
- Oversee reporting, governance, and project transparency
- Lead cross‑functional teams, including internal staff, external partners, and global contributors
- Motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain accountability across time zones
- Provide clear direction and communication to ensure project success
- Mentor junior PMs or coordinators when needed
Technical & Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Apply working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and robotics concepts to support planning and troubleshooting
- Partner with engineering teams to evaluate feasibility and manage technical risks
- Work with procurement and supply chain to understand lead times, vendor capacity, and material requirements
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver clear written and verbal updates, including dashboards and executive summaries
- Facilitate communication across global teams and cultural contexts
- Manage expectations, escalations, and scope changes proactively
Risk, Quality & Compliance
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across regions
- Conduct post‑project reviews and drive continuous improvement
Required
- 5–10 years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial automation, or technology
- Proven success leading cross‑functional and multinational teams
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
- Experience working across diverse cultures and time zones
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
Preferred
- PMP certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, software, or robotics engineering concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Local candidates preferred but not required
- Occasional international travel for onsite implementations or vendor coordination
- Flexibility to lead meetings outside standard business hours when working across time zones
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Work may involve time in a shop‑type environment with moderate noise and occasional exposure to outdoor conditions
