* Respond to production and maintenance requests within the scope of training an experience
* Follow up with work done to ensure proper operation and repairs
* Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
* Participate in maintaining 5S activities for area
* Complete basic preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
* Occasional on call responsibilities on an as-needed basis
* Occasional planned domestic travel for training, support, and preventative maintenance tasks
* Occasionally participate in GPS events and other continuous improvement activities
* Immediate response to all production and maintenance requests
* Follow up with work done to ensure proper operation and repairs
* Ensure parts and service are being delivered as requested and documentation is completed
* Display world class customer service and professionalism
* Participate in maintaining 5S activities for area
* Complete all preventative maintenance (PMs) tasks assigned
* Coordinate PMs with production and mechanics
* Make occasional value-adding suggestions to new and existing PMs
* Actively participating in the weekend on-call rotation
* Able to respond quickly to phone calls and within 2 hours to on-site support
* Occasional planned and unplanned travel for training, support, preventative maintenance tasks, and downtime support
* Occasionally participate in GPS events and other continuous improvement activities
* Level I: 0-2 years of relevant work experience in industrial equipment, power distribution, automation in a manufacturing environment required.
* Level II: 2-4 years of relevant work experience in industrial equipment, power distribution, automation in a manufacturing environment required.
* 2 Year / associate degree in Electromechanical, Electronics, Automation, or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
* Light engineering
* Project Management skills
* Troubleshooting skills
* Allen Bradley 500, 5000 platform programming training
* AutoCAD Electrical
* Project Management skills
* Troubleshooting skills
* Full awareness and understanding of all electrical hazards and mitigation techniques. May encounter pp to 600V nominal, CAT 4 and 15,000V resonator hazards on the job.
* OEM equipment training
