Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Avionics Inspector responsible for performing thorough inspections, testing, and verification of avionics components, assemblies, and systems. This role ensures that all work performed meets strict regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards. The Avionics Inspector will work within a regulated environment and must ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 Repair Station requirements, EASA regulations, AS9100 standards, and applicable customer specifications

Pay: $25-$32/hr
Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed inspections of avionics components, assemblies, and systems to verify compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Conduct functional testing and verification of avionics equipment and installations
- Review and verify maintenance, repair, and overhaul documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all work complies with FAA Part 145, EASA, AS9100, and customer requirements
- Identify discrepancies, non-conformances, and defects and document findings appropriately
- Approve or reject parts, components, and assemblies based on inspection results
- Use precision inspection tools, test equipment, and avionics diagnostic systems
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
- Work closely with technicians, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve inspection issues
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience inspecting avionics components or aircraft systems preferred
- Knowledge of FAA Part 145 Repair Station regulations, EASA standards, and AS9100 quality systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with avionics testing equipment and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environment
- Quality or inspection certifications related to aerospace or avionics
- Familiarity with aircraft electrical and avionics systems
