• Design, maintain and repair heat transfer products for aerospace applications.
• Support FAA Repair Station activities and develop DER repairs.
• Apply engineering principles to deliver FAA FAR‑145 component repair solutions.
• Lead projects from concept to completion—planning, scheduling, budgeting and reporting.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve technical feasibility and production issues.
• Build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher.
• Experience
  : 5+ years in a regulated industry (Aerospace/Defense preferred); FAA certification knowledge is a plus.

• Strong technical and analytical skills (including FEA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven project management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines.
