Job Summary

We invite you to join Jacobs as an HSE Professional in Saint Francisville, La. You will provide HSE support and leadership for an EPCM project at a client facility in Corpus Christi, LA.

• Lead HSE excellence and deliver a project ensuring no worker injuries or negative impacts to client business continuity.
• Serve as a business partner working with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Manager.
• Provide technical resources, guidance, regulatory oversight, and governance to ensure consistent implementation of the Jacobs HSE program.
• Lead or support incident notification, investigation and reporting, and facilitate injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Develop review subcontractor hazard assessments and deliverables; participate in operational readiness reviews or other relevant forums.
• Maintain open communication with HSE leadership and peer HSE team members.
• Travel to the project site; future assignments may require additional travel within the US, potentially North America.

• Associate degree or 2-3 years of relative HSE experience.
• 1-2 years working experience in industrial or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• "Fit for Duty" status.
• Current U.S. driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to apply federal, state and local agency requirements.
