Immediate opening in Tulsa, OK for a Director of Civil Engineering.

Summary:
The Director of Civil Engineering provides discipline leadership, collaboration, and technical oversight for Civil Engineering services across the firm. This role ensures technical excellence, operational alignment, resource efficiency, and risk management while supporting integrated project delivery across architecture, engineering, surveying, and construction administration teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Civil Engineering discipline across the firm

• Mentor and develop civil engineering staff

• Support business development efforts including proposals and client meetings

• Lead Civil Engineering project managers, engineers, and designers

• Monitor staffing levels, workload distribution, and utilization

• Champion QA/QC processes and technical standards

• Collaborate closely with surveying, geotechnical, and other consultants

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance

Required:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license & NCEES registration is required
• 15 plus years of civil engineering site development experience
• 5 plus years of leadership/management experience
• Leadership in multidisciplinary design environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, & interpersonal skills

Location:
Tulsa, OK(relocation package is offered)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: $150-$175K
