Prop Shop Aircraft Mechanic Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our prop shop team, specializing in the maintenance and repair of aircraft propellers. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of various aircraft models.
Responsibilities- Hand sand aircraft propellers to ensure smooth operation.
- Inspect propellers thoroughly to determine the need for repair or replacement.
- Repair aircraft parts with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Utilize mechanical aptitude and personal tools for efficient task completion.
- Handle chemicals safely and responsibly during maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in painting, repairing, and assembling aviation parts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Possession of personal tools and a roll away tool box, or willingness to purchase them.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous aviation experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with chemical handling and propeller maintenance.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
