• Coordinate engineering design, integration, and analysis activities across IPT teams.
• Own and manage technical requirements driven by customer specifications.
• Guide engineering hours, schedules, and task sequencing.
• Serve as the technical point of contact between design, stress, M&P, and manufacturing teams.
• Support preliminary and critical design reviews (PDR/CDR).
• Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and certification requirements.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Engineer in aerospace or advanced manufacturing programs.
• Proficient in CATIA V5 or later; working knowledge to review designs and coordinate with design engineers.
• Strong capability to interpret customer-driven technical requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.
• Experience supporting aerospace or advanced manufacturing programs through structured development phases (e.g., PDR/CDR).
• Preferred: experience with aircraft transparency systems (windows, canopies, acrylic structures), familiarity with PDR/CDR processes, exposure to bonded structures, coatings, or autoclave curing processes.
• Must be a US Citizen.

• CATIA V5 (or later) – review designs and coordinate with design engineers.
• Engineering documentation systems – work with drawings, specs, and technical requirements.
