** Support Manufacturing Engineers in developing production solutions and maintaining documentation to meet team goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Assists in manufacturing engineering tasks like fixture design, cost reduction, and quality control, with support and direction.
* Conducts process capability studies for various manufacturing processes with guidance.
* Contributes to projects related to 6S, equipment, and production line flow under supervision.
* Updates and enhances plant layout drawings with guidance and assistance.
* Performs other assigned duties under the mentorship of the manufacturing engineer.

* Education and Experience Requirements:

** Intern must be currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program.

Minimum of 4 semesters of manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering, preferred.

Experience with CAD software, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge is a plus.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.
* Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
* Exhibits good decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities.
* Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
* Works effectively in a team environment.
** Work Environment:
*** Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
