Asset Integrity Manager

Responsibilities
  • Perform day‑to‑day integrity activities for pipeline assets, including pipeline integrity management plans, corrosion control, internal inspection programs, and pipeline inspection for business‑critical assets.
  • Coordinate workforce planning and career development activities for direct employees.
  • Lead teams that design, implement, and update programs and initiatives that improve asset integrity for the business units.
  • Plan and program regulatory compliance with a variety of regulatory agencies at state and federal levels.
  • Perform risk studies, assessments, and analysis to assess and handle the physical risk of the assets.
  • Support due diligence and asset integration, including performing corrosion control, direct assessment, hydro testing, threat reviews, and evaluations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Required

    Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Required Experience: Minimum eight (8) years of engineering, operations, or related experience; minimum five (5) years in pipeline integrity; minimum three (3) years in a lead project role.
  • Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as the highest priority.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) certification; experience in OSHA PSM integrity programs; plant or mechanical integrity experience; experience with offshore pipelines and platform integrity.
