• Maintaining the nonconformance and CAPA program.
• Coordinating the performance and completion of required employee training, through the utilization of Chart’s Master Control program, to develop and improve employee proficiency.
• Coordinating and performing equipment validations in preparation for use in production.
• Ensuring inspection, measuring, and test equipment (IMTE) used at the Chart Tulsa facility is calibrated and maintained current.
• Design and evaluation of quality process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques.
• Assists in the formulation of quality procedures and plans, and recommends revision of specifications when indicated.
• Interfaces with engineering and production components within the company, and with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues.

• Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality.
• Improve product quality by making recommendations for change.
• Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve products.
• Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
• Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.
• Formulate a strategic plan to increase productivity in the business.
• Document results and findings after inspections are carried out.
• Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.
