Senior Highway-Roadway Project Manager

STV is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer/Project Manager to join our Transportation & Infrastructure team in Oklahoma City or Tulsa, OK
. STV Incorporated is a premier transportation and infrastructure consulting firm with a long-standing roadway/highway presence across Oklahoma. Our Oklahoma City team delivers bridge design and inspection services for state highway agencies and municipalities statewide.

• Build strong working relationships with clients, project managers, and technical teams to support successful project delivery.
• Lead the development of plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and final bid packages for state highway and interchange improvement projects.
• Design and coordinate key project elements including horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage, construction staging and traffic control, signing and pavement marking, utility coordination, subconsultant collaboration, and right-of-way plans.
• Contribute to key project decisions related to technical approach, schedule, and budget while helping teams deliver quality results.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and helping STV pursue exciting transportation opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• 15 years of engineering experience with strong technical expertise in transportation and highway design.
• Experience designing highways, local roads, drainage systems, and related transportation infrastructure and site work.
• Oklahoma PE license or ability to acquire it.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
• Proficiency with Micro Station and Open Roads Designer.
