WhatYou’ll Do
As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll bring projects to life through both technical expertise and cross‑functional collaboration:
- Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility and production challenges
- Plan and execute engineering programs, defining scope, milestones, and customer requirements
- Develop FAA‑compliant component repair solutions, including DER repairs
- Apply analytical tools (including FEA) to solve design and performance issues
- Review product designs to ensure compliance with engineering standards, contracts, and specifications
- Coordinate engineering activities, testing, and development schedules
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Prepare detailed project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Support a culture of safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated industry (aerospace/defense highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of FAA‑related processes (FAR‑145, certification knowledge a plus)
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as FEA
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
- Hands‑on mindset with big‑picture thinking
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Pay Details: $38.00 per hour
