What

You’ll Do

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll bring projects to life through both technical expertise and cross‑functional collaboration:

  • Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility and production challenges
  • Plan and execute engineering programs, defining scope, milestones, and customer requirements
  • Develop FAA‑compliant component repair solutions, including DER repairs
  • Apply analytical tools (including FEA) to solve design and performance issues
  • Review product designs to ensure compliance with engineering standards, contracts, and specifications
  • Coordinate engineering activities, testing, and development schedules
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
  • Prepare detailed project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Support a culture of safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards
What You Bring

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated industry (aerospace/defense highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of FAA‑related processes (FAR‑145, certification knowledge a plus)
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as FEA
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment

Pay Details: $38.00 per hour
