Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 Annually

A Water Treatment Chemical Technician will be responsible for working at a customer’s data center in the Tulsa, OK area. The technician will solve customer water treatment concerns, perform water treatment laboratory work, commission new piping and system assets, and troubleshoot water treatment and control equipment at a massive data center.

As a technician, you will receive a competitive salary, expenses, and benefits. Extensive technical support is provided along with continuous training. Compensation is based on experience and performance. First year base pay ranges from $55,000 to $70,000, plus a year‑end bonus.

• Solve customers’ water problems.
• Treat industrial cooling towers to maintain energy efficiency and environmental compliance.
• Perform detailed water testing and analyses at the data center.
• Deliver on customer KPIs and promote Garratt-Callahan solutions such as proprietary chemical blends, equipment, and monitoring technology.
• Commission newly installed assets and control equipment.
• Report directly to the Site Manager.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and safety.

• Technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Mechanical Engineering, Paper Science, or Water Resources.
• Must hold a 4‑year technical degree in the sciences.
• Experience or a strong interest in advanced water treatment technologies.
• Detail‑oriented, adherent to safety protocols, able to lift 50 pounds while wearing PPE in all weather conditions.
• One year of technical sales or a related internship in water treatment chemicals preferred; training provided.
• Outside industrial sales experience is a plus.
• Residency in or near Tulsa, OK, and familiarity with the local industrial marketplace.

• Familiarity with industrial cooling towers.
• Proficiency with laboratory procedures, water equipment, and water chemistry.
• Ability to provide virtual presentations to groups.
• Experience working in a collaborative team setting.
