Civil Designer

Cyntergy is seeking a Civil Designer to join our Engineering & Design team in our multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, and construction practice. In this role, you will support civil site design for commercial, retail, mixed-use, industrial, and institutional projects, preparing layouts, grading, drainage, utility plans, and reports using Civil 3D and related tools. You'll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers in a people-first, growth-focused culture, contributing to coordinated construction documents while developing your technical skills, pursuing licensure, and advancing along clear career paths.
